Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! Here at InstaConnect, we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your product. At InstaConnect we want you to have a positive experience whenever you shop with us. InstaConnect will only be able to process refunds after a valid cancellation confirmation. Cancellations are only deemed valid after confirmation from InstaConnect’s concerned team. An email should be sent to you confirming that your order has been cancelled, after which, the refund will be provided. InstaConnect‘s customers are eligible for full refunds on the basis that InstaConnect receives a cancellation request by mail with a valid reason within 24 hours after purchase. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. In the unfortunate event your product is faulty due to software or application malfunction that is beyond repair by InstaConnect, we will endeavor to provide full refund. Any error while creating the card or the output received anything different from the approved design; InstaConnect will allow to recreate the card with no additional cost to you. InstaConnect’s maximum liability on this will be the card cost.
